The ways we wonder.

Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), every experience supports social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
On top of the below programs, we also have exciting incursions that bring the outside world in, from music and science to culture and nature. Each day is an invitation to wonder, explore, and grow in confidence.

I Wonder Wattle happen next…
Book Buddies is our in-house guided reading program, designed to help children become confident, curious readers. Books are carefully chosen by an Early Childhood Teacher each week and are aligned with the Australian Literacy Spine.
With links to our School Readiness Program, we make every reading session engaging and interactive. Children might predict what might happen next, act out scenes, connect characters to their own experiences, and even create their own story endings. Plus, our Centre Libraries are stocked with plenty of age-appropriate books for independent reading.

Happy Feet Fitness
Jump, wiggle, stomp, run, dance & a whole lot more.
Little bodies love to move! Once a week, trained instructors from Happy Feet Fitness guide children through games, dances, obstacle courses, and balance exercises. Aside from being a whole lot of fun, these movements build coordination, strength, and confidence.
Children also work together, take turns, cheer each other on, and celebrate their achievements. It’s fitness, friendship, and fun rolled into one.

School Readiness Program.
A head start on big school.
Starting school is a huge step, so we help children get ready with a teacher-created program that ticks all the boxes. By the time it’s time for the first day of school, children aren’t just ready—they’re excited.
Through games, stories, and hands-on activities, children explore letters, numbers, shapes, and patterns in ways that are fun and engaging. They might be detectives on a mission one day and builders of amazing creations the next. Or, storytellers in the morning, and problem-solvers in the afternoon. Whatever we’re doing, it’ll be full of wonder!
- Grow social skills like sharing, teamwork, and listening.
- Strengthen early literacy and numeracy foundations.
- Learn routines and organisation.
- Practice sitting on the mat and raising hands.
- Build everyday independence like unzipping school bags and unclipping lunchboxes, putting on and taking off shoes, as well as self-care like toileting and hygiene.

Dedicated Art classes.
Where little hands create big ideas.
In our dedicated art classes, children paint, sculpt, draw, and explore materials in ways that spark imagination and self-expression. Every brushstroke, every clay sculpture, every messy masterpiece is a chance to wonder.
But, our art activities aren’t just about making pretty pictures. It’s as much a social and intellectual experience as it is a chance to get messy. Questions are encouraged, experimenting is a must, and learning flows naturally through exploration and play.
- Express feelings and ideas in unique ways.
- Develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Think critically and creatively, experimenting with “what if?”
- Connect with stories, themes, and each other through collaborative projects.
- Build confidence and take pride in every creation.
